Off-Site Service
Order Now and we will be there within 2 hours! Our most recomended type of service. Includes both Free Pickup and Delivery, providing us the opportunity to service your needs in our facility where we have countless resources at our immediate disposal. Both less expensive, and often faster than On-Site Service. Expedited / Emergency Service available for an additinal fee. Off-Site service costs nothing to try. We will contact you to discuss your repair costs without any charges to you (Free Diagnostic). If you do not wish to have your computer repaired we will return your computer at no cost.
On-Site Service
We come to you! Reserved for situations where a Technician visit is a must. Expedited / Emergency service is available for an additional fee.
Remote Assistance
Many problems can be fixed by simply giving us remote access to your computer or network. This is currently only available to customers that we have already setup for this type of service. For questions regarding getting setup for Remote Assistance, please contact us.
