- Is there an Emergency / Expedite Service Available?
We do offer Emergency / Expedited service if our regular service is not soon or fast enough for you. However, there
is an additional fee for Emergency / Expedited Service. Currently our Emergency / Expedited Service fee is an additional
one time fee of $95 per incident. For more information please see our Policies

We do build custom Workstations and Servers for Businesses only. Each Workstation and Server is custom tailored to
your needs, to provide you with the most productivity possible for your money. Please Contact Us for more information.

- What types of servics can I order online?
Any of our services can be ordered online.

- Do you offer 24 Hour Service?
Unfortunately we do not offer 24 hour service at this time, although we are considering adding this feature in the
future. We will however work weekends, or after hours, but at our own discretion for an increased rate of Time + 1/2.
These requests are handled on a per-incident basis.

- Can you help us remotely?
If your business is setup for remote access, we would be happy to help you remotely. Everyone benefits from remote
fixes as it saves both of our time, and addresses your needs the quickest. We will always perform Remote Assistance
first whenever possible.
